Company ProfileWilma Brent is the Managing Director of Consulting Coaching Mentoring Training since 1999. She started her career as a school teacher and later moved into the IT Industry, where she started a Computer Training school, teaching pre-Windows based applications, UNIX and XENIX operating systems. She expanded her training offerings with the launch of Windows and the Windows based software. Wilma was involved in the computerizing of many of the companies in Durban. A major part of her career has been spent training, consulting and doing system administration for various large companies. She worked for Unilever as a Software Engineer, specializing in SAP Basis, Oracle Database Administration and HP_UX System Administration, for ExecuTrain as the General Manager in Durban where she project managed major training projects. Wilma worked as a Post-Sales Consultant specializing in SAP Basis and later as a Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Consultant. During her varied working career Wilma has attended and lectured many sales, business, and leadership courses. She successfully completed her MBA (through Open University and SBL UNISA) in 2005, and also has the following accreditations: SCO UNIX ACE, SAP Basis Consultant, Oracle DBA, HP_UX Advanced System Administrator and Trainer, Coaches Training, Executive and Business Coaching and Mentoring. She has lectured Change Management, Strategic Management, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Event Management, Entrepreneurship and various IT related courses for Damelin and other Training Institutions and Corporations. CCMT is registered with COMENSA as a company coaching Coaches. We offer a variety of workshops and training courses.
